1. Digital Products Are Final Sale

2.2 Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the purchase is considered binding and final.

3. Exceptions – Limited Circumstances for Refunds

While most purchases are final, refunds may be issued only under the following limited conditions:

3.1 Duplicate Purchase

If you have accidentally purchased the same report more than once, we may refund the duplicate order upon verification.

3.2 Technical Delivery Failure

4.2 Any refund eligibility for custom work depends on the stage of project completion and will be governed by the terms of that agreement.
